HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Write and refine top-notch technical business requirements and ensure the security team and solution architectures are in lockstep with them
Identify new opportunities that will improve Digital Key for guests leveraging the mobile app experience and lock vendor's SDK in integration
Collaborate with platform engineers, research, and design in an agile environment to deliver Digital Key enhancements in PEP, mobile apps, and upon hotel arrival; resolve technical product issues for both digital and plastic keys
Drive the Hilton Welcome roadmap for Digital Key, Key Share, and access within Hilton's property management systems, PEP, and OnQ
How you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate with platform engineers, research, and design in an agile environment to deliver Digital Key enhancements in PEP, mobile apps, and upon hotel arrival; resolve technical product issues for both digital and plastic keys
Partner with 3rd party technologies to develop and implement key access and sharing innovations as well as fraud prevention measures
Analyze properties for adoption of the Digital Key product while collaborating with IT Field Services team to expand the product adoption at the international level
Work closely with the design team to create engaging mobile app experiences as well as property management tools that enable seamless key delivery and management capabilities
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Define and present new product concepts to both technical and non-technical partners
Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional work experience in Product, Technology, Mobile App, Customer Experience, or related field
Three (3) years of experience in an agile or scrum environment writing user stories and gathering requirements from various partners
Experience working with a complex cross-functional matrix environment
Experience with fraud prevention capabilities and technology
This is a hybrid role and would require to be near our Dallas or McLean office locations
Travel up to 20%
It would be useful if you have:
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience , or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
Experience with property management tools, key management systems, or lock hardware
Experience with hotel property management systems
Experience with PEP and OnQ, Hilton's property management systems
Experience with A/B testing and creating hypotheses that drive customer value
Experience with web analytics tools, such as the Adobe reporting suite
