We are seeking a strong Salesforce professional with experience in Cancer Care, Diagnostics Sales, and Comprehensive Genomic Profiling domains with a strong emphasis on improving sales operations, customer experience, training, change management, and driving user adoption for clinical commercial initiatives to drive sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding sales processes, gathering business requirements, and working with sales team members to ensure Salesforce solutions align with sales strategy and customer experience goals. Additionally, this role will heavily focus on developing and delivering training programs for sales teams, managing change initiatives, driving strong user adoption, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement with feedback loop.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Mapping, Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with sales team to analyze and understand sales processes, sales strategy, and business requirements to be mapped to Salesforce platform.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features.
Translate sales strategy, business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Work with developers and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs and project timelines.
Drive Change Management for Sales Teams:
Lead change management initiatives related to Salesforce implementation and updates.
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance.
Communicate changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
Identify change champions across sales organization and sales leadership who will help drive change.
Training & User Adoption Initiatives:
Develop comprehensive training programs for end-users, focusing on maximizing adoption and proficiency.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to various user groups.
Create user manuals, video tutorials, and other training materials.
Monitor and analyze user adoption metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and Salesforce optimization.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, incorporating relevant updates into the system.
Salesforce CRM Experience:
Build out-of-box reports, charts, and dashboards.
Perform out-of-box configurations to meet business requirements.
Lead the design efforts to build new custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Troubleshoot issues and identify root cause.
Guide software developers, testers, and release managers to build, test and release Salesforce improvements frequently to meet fast paced business needs.
Understand validated system requirements such as IQ, OQ, PQ, SRAQ and other requirements in FDA-Regulated industries.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Consultant, with a focus on training and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cancer Care, Diagnostics Sales, Comprehensive Genomic Profiling, Healthcare and Lifesciences industry experience
Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, training collaterals, training in-person and virtually.
Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive user adoption.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with technology, engineering, and consulting teams to build Salesforce capabilities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
