Your Role: As a Senior Industrial Engineer at our growing Danvers site, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Systems:Identify value-added and non-value-added activities to optimize efficiency
Innovate Solutions: Design and implement creative solutions that align with strategic goals
Evaluate Processes:Assess equipment and materials to improve performance metrics
Enhance Manufacturing:Study production methods and products to streamline processes
Collaborate Across Teams:Work with Designers, Engineers, and Technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Manage Data:Oversee BOMs, routings, yield data, and capacity models to support operational decisions
Conduct Studies:Perform time studies, develop process models, and optimize layouts for maximum efficiency
Analyze Costs:Conduct thorough cost analyses and partner with finance on annual updates
Ensure Compliance:Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements, and cGMP standards
Who You Are
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of related experience
Green Belt Certification
Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, cGMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Minitab
Familiarity with Oracle/ERP/SAP and data analysis tools like BOXI, SQL, and Palantir
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines
