Overview
As the Benefits Analyst, you’ll be a vital member of Nevro’s People team, supporting and refining our benefits programs to ensure employees receive top-tier service and care. Reporting directly to our Global Benefits Manager, you’ll have the chance to innovate and shape the benefits experience in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This role requires an individual who can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution, ensuring that Nevro's benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Comprehensive Benefits Programs: Manage the day-to-day administration of our benefits offerings, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and wellness programs. Ensure our benefits remain cutting-edge, accessible, and valuable to our team members.
Lead Annual Open Enrollment: Own the end-to-end process of open enrollment for all employees, from strategic planning to execution, employee communications, and post-enrollment analysis.
Employee Support: Serve as a trusted advisor for employees by answering questions, addressing issues, and educating them on their benefits. Your expertise and responsiveness will drive employee satisfaction.
Vendor and Compliance Management: Maintain strong partnerships with our benefits broker and vendors, ensuring our programs are compliant and competitively aligned with market best practices.
Data Accuracy and Reporting: Ensure accurate data management in ADP (Payroll) and Bamboo HR (HRIS) and provide regular and ad-hoc reports that give insights into program costs, participation, and trends.
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of benefits best practices and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements that make Nevro an employer of choice.
Health Education Initiatives: Coordinate health and wellness initiatives that inspire our employees to lead healthier, more productive lives.

Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, preferably within medical device or healthcare industries.
Proven understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance.
Global Benefit experience and/or OUS vendor management experience preferred.
Remote option is available, and will require some travel to HQ
Qualifications
Industry Savvy: Experience in medical device or tech organizations is a plus; familiarity with the unique needs and trends in benefits for fast-paced, innovative environments.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills that enhance employee experience and engagement.
Analytical Excellence: High level of detail orientation and accuracy, especially with data management and reporting.
Proactive Problem Solver: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a “can-do” approach to balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Discretion and Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ADP; familiar with running reports and maintaining data accuracy in an HRIS system.
