Responsibilities

  • Will preform analysis reviews of the Property Control System
  • Use knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, practices, and standards to complete the work assignments.
  • Maintain records within the Government Property Control System.
  • Maintain Customer Property Control database.
  • Preform routine internal audits of the 15 property functions outlined in FAR 52.245.1
  • Coordinate annual physical inventories of Government Property located on-site and Government Property located at subcontractor sites.
  • Prepare shipping documents for Government/customer Property as required.
  • Prepare and submit annual Government reports.
  • Prepare and submit Customer specific reports as required.
  • Submit required documents for excess Government property as required.
  • Complete disposition instructions for Government property as required.
  • Implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Complete training for Triumph employees as required.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 3 Years of experience in property management within manufacturing.
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field preferred
  • NPMA certification Preferred
  • Experience in an Aerospace Environment preferred
  • 5 yrs. prior experience managing warehouse functions preferred
