Aspire Health Alliance is actively seeking a Lead Clinician/Supervisor for a school-based role to be located in Weymouth public schools. This position is a cornerstone of our mission to deliver urgent behavioral healthcare services to students within the school environment and the surrounding community. The Lead Clinician/Supervisor will report to the VP of Crisis and SUD Services and will be responsible for overseeing the provision of mental health services to ensure that students receive the necessary support to succeed academically and personally. The role entails providing clinical supervision to School-Based Clinicians and acting as a clinical resource to school staff, aiding in the identification and referral of students who could benefit from behavioral health interventions. The supervisor will also offer direct short-term support to students in the school and community, and act as a liaison to facilitate access to community supports, including Aspire CBHC's outpatient and crisis intervention services.

Required Skills
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent in the state of practice
Required Experience
1 year experience working with children and families preferred.
Experience with providing clinical supervision to staff preferred.
Experience with trauma informed care.
Experience working in a school or community setting preferred.
Knowledge of community resources, CBHI, SUD and recovery services preferred.
