Description: Our client is currently seeking a DEI Manager at Baltimore, MD on hybrid basis.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Partner with Head of DEI, Americas and other key stakeholders to execute the Investments DEI Strategy, to include bespoke initiatives aligned with each business unit across the Investments division.
Support day-to-day DEI team operations, project manage enterprise-wide projects, and ensure alignment across the function.
Activate approaches to strengthen gender equity and inclusion (partnership with women's engagement groups across Investments, activation of mentoring, sponsorship; manage cultural assessments/interventions)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP and/or DEI role preferably within the financial services or investment industry.
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices, trends, and challenges, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective strategies.
Prior experience developing, executing and activating DEI strategies to increase representation and engagement of diverse talent segments
