Purpose of Job: Centrally maintains/monitors critical SAP Master Data that insures our business system processes are integrated. Master Data to be maintained will include, among others, Customers, Routes, Vendors, Pricing and Materials, including Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Equipment and Spare Parts for all of PBV. Will be proactive in improving the integrity of master data to support Sales, Supply Chain and Financial processes. Will work closely with internal customers to gather master data requirements, perform analysis to identify what needs to be input into the system, input those requirements and validate accuracy.
Job Duties:
Creates, maintains and validates Customer Master Data in SAP; maintains National Parent table; maintains tax certificate files for audit purposes.
Creates, maintains and validates Route Master Data in SAP; creates and maintains route header table; maintains territory route manager relationships; performs minor re-routes.
Creates Equipment Move Orders.
Creates, maintains and validates promotional pricing in SAP as directed by business strategies.
Creates and maintains FSV pricing and commission conditions in SAP; processes Price Change Requests (PCR); maintains authorized products for access channel customers; handles driver/distributor inquiries for pricing questions and give overrides when appropriate.
Works with A/R to resolve price discrepancies related to customer short pays.
Analyzes and distributes daily override report.
Creates, maintains and validates Material Master Data in SAP.
Creates, maintains and validates Commission Pay to Vendor Master Data in SAP.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Associate’s Degree preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Minimum two years of related work experience.
Strong personal computer software skills in Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in typing.
Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be willing to strive for 100% accuracy.
Must be able to work closely with others in the department and with other business departments.
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, and be willing to work late hours/weekends as needed.
Must enjoy analyzing data and problem solving, while providing a high level of customer service.
Good time management and organizational skills are necessary.
Must have the ability to coordinate and drive action.
