ARS Rescue Rooter, the largest Residential Air Conditioning and Plumbing Company Nation-Wide, is hiring a Retail Sales Program Manager.



Salary range: $60K - $65K plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities



We need a Program Manager to help recruit, train, support, and manage/lead a team of top notch marketers (20+) to work within our partnered retail stores (18+) throughout the Lorton/Manassas area to set appointments for our professional sales and service teams.

  • The right candidate must be the type of person that "owns" a project and gets results.

  • A successful Program Manager will be a results driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude.


  • The schedule is flexible, but this is NOT a 9 to 5 job. The right person to lead this team will need to be able to put in the hours and work to make the program successful.

  • This is a retail environment so evenings and weekends are part of the gig. What that means is the ability to work every Saturday and most Sundays is required as this is the high traffic times in stores and when your team will be working.




Qualifications





  • 2+ years prior management experience in a sales canvassing, lead generation or retail sales setting with a combination of at least 5 years of prior retail, sales and/or marketing experience required.

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience in retail management.

  • Interviewing and Recruiting experience.

  • Valid Driver's License.

  • Ability to travel around Miami to retail locations 75% of the time.

  • Ability to work weekends.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing multiple retail stores and/or kiosk locations with proven success in generating business leads and sales revenue.


  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and employment background checks.
