The Global HR Services Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR Services Team with projects starting in summer of 2025 through summer of 2026. The candidate for this position will be expected to work onsite full-time through the summer and then part-time onsite during the school year.
Areas of Learning/Responsibilities
HR Shared Services: Help assist the team with case management, trend analysis and provide customer support to employees. Will partner closely with Compensation, Benefits and Payroll teams.
Benefits Administration: Help with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives. Will partner with Benefits team on wellness strategy and selecting a wellness vendor.
Assist in Compensation Analysis: Support the team in conducting market research and compensation analysis.
Employee Communication: Assist in preparing communication materials to inform employees about HR programs.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous internship or coursework in HR or related field is a plus
