About the role:
The Administrative Assistant at MCAWW plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s daily operations, coordinating educational programs, organizing events, and assisting with member communications. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys a mix of administrative support, event planning, and marketing tasks. As the go-to person for various operational needs, you’ll manage the association’s calendar, coordinate logistics for events, produce educational materials, and grow our social media presence, contributing to a positive experience for both members and staff.
