Marketing and Social Media Coordinator
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting marketing efforts to further increase visibility for the company as the premier snow and landscape management company in the northeast.
This role also works cross-functionally with report to the VP of Sales and Client Relations.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Client Relations and the companys agency partner to create and execute social media and marketing strategies that align with Outdoor Prides vision, goals and events. Work with company and partners to plan, schedule and post content consistently across all social media channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions promptly. Assist with tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to improve content and engagement. Stay current with the relevant social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure Outdoor Pride remains relevant and innovative. Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and promotion of events and initiatives. Conduct quarterly Website audits, checking links, updating information and refreshing photos. Assist with maintaining and enhancing the brand voice and identity across all social media platforms. Support with company submitted awards and recognition programs both internally and externally Coordinate shoots with vendor photographers and videographers. Attend and participate in bi-weekly status meetings with agency partner.
Marketing
Work with Outdoor Pride and partners to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the companys landscaping and snow services. Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing initiatives and event participation, including coordinating setup and breakdown activities. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Organize customer appreciation events, workshops or tours of completed projects. Participate in developing marketing strategies and events for seasonal recruiting efforts. Engage in networking and attend industry events to raise the companys profile within the community. Measure the impact of events and partnerships on brand awareness and lead generation. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the marketing team and overall business objectives, including but not limited to administrative tasks, market research, content creation, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Skills Needed to Succeed
Preferred Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a combination of relevant education, experience and training 1-2+ years of verified experience in social media content creation Flexible scheduling to accommodate work on holidays and weekends as needed, with the ability to adjust your schedule according to events and project requirements. Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop for producing vertical videos and designing graphic templates. Experienced in utilizing social media management tools, in-app editing software, and analytics platforms. Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of crafting engaging and shareable content. Keen attention to detail with a strong ability to meet stringent deadlines. Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of emerging digital trends. Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in all weather conditions: rain, shine, snow, ice, wind etc A valid drivers license is required for this role.
