Job Description:

The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring a School Age Child Care Specialist to support our growing before & after school child care program. Work closely with our School Age Director & Coordinators, as well as other leaders invested in bringing quality child care to our community. This position is partnered with the students and families attending Neenah School District elementary schools. Train & develop staff, create initiatives & activities to be implemented within programming and maintain a safe place for students & staff. As someone working with school-aged children, you'll be responsible for delivering positive fun, energy and warmth in an educational environment!

This is a full-time with lots of daytime flexibility, with a need for being in program from 6:30am - 8:30am and 3:00pm - 5:30pm.
