Facilities Management: Support the daily operations of facilities management by coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, assist in streamlining mailroom operations.
Space Planning and Allocation: Contribute to space planning initiatives by organizing office layouts, managing seating arrangements, and optimizing workspace utilization to enhance efficiency.
Technology Integration: Act as a tech-savvy resource for facility-related technologies, including security systems, real estate systems, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Work closely with IT teams to implement and troubleshoot software and hardware solutions related to facility management.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Microsoft Excel to analyze facility-related data, generate insightful reports, and identify trends. Ensure accurate records are maintained for facility expenses, inventory levels, and service requests.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating facility-related projects, including office renovations, equipment installations, and relocation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proactive and confident with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp and utilize new technologies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
