Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Automation professional to join their remote integrated marketing team. This role is pivotal to the success of a large, newly formed medtech business. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deploy impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, testing, deploying, and analyzing email marketing programs
- Assisting with email segment creation, landing page builds, and Eloqua lead forms
- Uploading leads into our client's CRM and performing other Marketing Automation-related tasks
To excel in this role, the candidate must be proactive and diligent in testing, ensuring that assets such as emails, forms, landing pages, and list uploads are vetted and functioning without error. An active pursuit of performance metrics is essential for learning and optimization. Strong project management skills are also preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation
- Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and concise
- Strong problem-solving abilities, resilient and proactive
- Results-focused, with successful experience using quantitative metrics to manage email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and other marketing goals
Preferred Skills:
- CRM integration experience, preferably Salesforce
- CMS integration experience, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
