Job Summary
The Concur Travel In-House Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing KLS Martin corporate travel operations using the Concur Travel platform. This includes implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the travel booking system to ensure efficient travel management that aligns with company policies and budget considerations.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Travel System Administration/Management:
System Administration : Administer the Concur Travel and Expense system, ensuring all functionalities are fully operational and optimized for user experience.
User Management: Manage user access to the Concur platform by setting up new users, modifying existing accounts, and ensuring secure access.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, performing troubleshooting and liaising with Concur support when necessary.
System Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements to the travel program by leveraging new Concur features and integrations to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
Vendor Management: Liaise with travel vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and resolve issues.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports from Concur to monitor travel spending, compliance, and trends and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
Policy Enforcement:
Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor adherence to travel policies, updating and modifying rules within Concur to reflect policy changes.
Policy Communication: Communicate company travel policies and procedures to individual travelers and across the company.
Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to company travel policies and procedures.
Training and Support:
Training: Provide initial and ongoing training to employees on effectively using the Concur system.
User Support: Offer ongoing support for travel bookings and related issues, including support for travel related to company events.
Training Material: Develop and update training materials to support business users in utilizing the Concur system effectively.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in generating reports and insights from travel data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
Proficient in IT and systems management, with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to follow through on issues, make informed decisions that comply with policies and procedures, complete tasks, and problem-solve.
Ability to complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
