Job Description:

100% FTE, 8 hour day shift primarily to be 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will be working at 1 S. Park St. in Madison, WI, with option to work from home at times after orientation-frequency varies and dependent on operational need.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


  • Work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with a strong team of RNs, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, and physicians.
  • Care for a variety of surgical patients within acute care and general surgery and colorectal surgery service lines.
  • Assist with minor in clinic procedures such as removal of bumps/lumps, wound care, hemorrhoid banding, and abscesses.
  • Triage live patient phone calls, schedule surgeries, provide pre-op teaching, and support providers within the clinic.

Qualifications


  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
