Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and a proven track record of success in the design and development of complex electrical systems.


Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, offering expertise in areas such as power systems, control systems, and analog/digital circuit design.
• Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on senior-level design and development.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit theory, power systems, control systems, and analog/digital design.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, Simulink).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
