Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Summary of Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Event Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution within a fast-paced corporate setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing events and a keen interest in the technology sector.

Essential Responsibilities include:
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, and employee gatherings.
Support logistics management, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop event agendas, promotional materials, and attendee communications.
Help manage event registration processes and track attendee feedback.
Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Conduct research to identify potential event opportunities and industry trends.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including budget tracking and vendor communication.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education - At least a sophomore at time of application and actively pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Travel - Up to 10%
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not required.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
