Job Overview: This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering programs to recruit the best-qualified and skilled candidates for our operational branches and/or also support needs for our corporate office. Position will sit in either corporate office or in the field, reporting directly to the respective recruiting Team Lead or the TA Manager.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Recruit, and pre-screen applicants referencing resumes, application, and/or both.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Maintain a constant applicant flow and ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates in background process.
You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed to attract the right talent.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to supervisor and stakeholders regarding staffing updates and metrics.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process.
Following proper policies and procedures in recruiting and human resource administration
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Contribution to branch goals and/or profitability, consistent with annual goals.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Primary Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years' experience in the area of recruiting in high volume environment.
Experience with forecasting process for staffing needs, including budget and P&L understanding, is essential.
Ability to think of creative solutions to increase applicant flow as needed and executing.
Ability to build and foster excellent internal relationships with stakeholder of various levels is a must.
Ability to build and foster relationships with external programs such as local work force development centers, vocational/technical schools, military outlets, etc.
Must have the following:
