Summary:
Tetra Tech is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Phase I Environmental Site Assessor to join our environmental consulting team. In this role, you will conduct American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) under the supervision of senior staff. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting potential environmental concerns at various commercial and industrial properties to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and supporting transactional-based due diligence services including ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Environmental Compliance Reviews, and Health and Safety Reviews with various tasks including preparing and submitting public records requests, conducting pre-deal research, conducting site visits, correspondence, and contributing to the preparation of ESA reports and supporting documentation. Target salary range: $24.00 to $27.00 an hour. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
