Your Role


The HR Business Partner role supports the Global Plant Operations (GPO) East Region that will be supporting sites in Norwood, Miamisburg, Cleveland OH, Allentown PA, and Burlington, MA. You are part of the Life Science HRBP team and report directly to the Regional HRBP- US East Lead. You support business leaders on key employee lifecycle topics and deploy, implement, and communicate on HR Solutions.






The HR Business Partner:



  • Delivers operational people solutions and support for all employee lifecycle topicsin collaboration withcross functional partnersleveraging the existing solutions and frameworks.



  • Deploys & implements HR solutions including people development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations in alignment with partner HR groups.



  • Identifying specific skills and competencies required for new manufacturing processes and technologies, supporting leadership efforts to fill skill gaps.



  • Developing a clear communication plan around workforce activities.



  • Delivers HR support onorganizational strategies such as people analytics, organizational transformations & change, and M&A



  • Interprets local market requirements by partnering with Global HR Business Partners & HR leadership to translate business requirements into operational plans reflecting local labor regulations and implementing the strategies locally. Ensures legal compliance on people and HR matters.



  • Consults with line managers and provides enablementto help shape the desired talent, performance culture, retention strategies,and drivenecessary change.



  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and collaboration, making it easier to engage in constructive discussions when disagreements arise.



  • Actively listen to feedback and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to foster open communication and collaboration.



  • Encourage stakeholders to act as the owner and raise the bar to foster a sense of accountability and commitment.



  • Communicate the rationale behind decisions and pushback respectfully.




Who You Are:


You have strong interpersonal skills and communication with the ability to translate complex information into succinct and impactful communication. You enjoy presenting at all levels of the organization and managing unexpected questions and challenges. You leverage data and technology to drive positive employee experience. Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and influence proper change management across the business.






Location: Onsite (3 days a week) at one of our locations in Ohio (Norwood, Miamisburg, Or Cleveland), Allentown, PA or Burlington, MA.



Travel: 5%






Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree



  • Minimum6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources working asHR Business, Solutions Partner, or relevant and partnering with various levels of leadership.



  • Demonstrated Human Resources Business Partner experience in a manufacturing/manufacturing adjacent environment.





Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience in employee relations



  • Experience working at a large global and highly matrixed organization preferred.



  • Experience with unions preferred.
