Job Description:

Ardurra seeks a Land Development Designer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.


Experience:



  • 5+ years of site design and permitting experience; 5+ years of related experience in Civil Engineering environment

  • Have the capability and experience to understand and prepare design plans with AutoCAD Civil 3D software

  • Experience working multiple projects (both public and private)

  • Coordinate with project design team members, clients, contractors and permit agency representatives regularly

  • Assist and collaborate with Ardurra construction administration staff during the construction phase of the project

  • Coordinate and assist with a wide variety of land development and municipal projects, including functional servicing, preliminary and final designs, and contract administration.

  • Assists in the preparation of engineering analysis and submittal calculations

  • With minimal supervision, performs a variety of moderately-difficult to difficult drafting/design assignments which require the application of advanced drafting and/or fundamental design techniques in accordance with company and industry standards and codes. Detailed instructions are provided by immediate supervisor for assignments involving introduction to basic design concepts. This is the entry-level design position.

  • Education: Civil Engineering degree a plus (Not required)
