Comcast Spectacor oversees the Wells Fargo Center and its major transformation project, the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia Wings lacrosse team, the Maine Mariners hockey team, the Flyers Training Center, the Seoul Infernos OWL team, and Spectacor Events and Entertainment, a growing live events business that has already brought successful, new events to the Philadelphia area. Comcast Spectacor is headquartered at the Wells Fargo Center (WFC) in Philadelphia, PA. The WFC, the 4th most highly attended arena nationally and 7th most attended in the world is home to 270+ events per year, including the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Wings, Villanova, concerts, and events. Comcast Spectacor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast and maintains connected and disconnected networks within the Wells Fargo Center.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sports Photographer to capture dynamic moments at Philadelphia Wings home games. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of sports photography, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for documenting the action on the field, capturing athlete emotions, and creating compelling images that tell the story of the game.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


  • Capture high-quality photographs during games, focusing on key moments, player interactions and fan engagement.

  • Work closely with the Manager of Digital Media to ensure that all required shots are taken and delivered on time

  • Send Manager of Digital Media a minimum of 15 photos during each half of the game for use on social during the game.

  • Edit and retouch images as necessary to meet publication standards

  • Assist with the set up and breakdown of all concourse activities.

  • Act as a positive representative for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and various community events.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

Base Pay: $52.00
