Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a TIBCO Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance: TIBCO Administrator will install, configure, and maintain TIBCO suite products, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, TIBCO Hawk, and other TIBCO middleware components
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize TIBCO applications and services for high availability, reliability, and performance
Deployment and Support: Manage deployments and upgrades of TIBCO applications, ensuring smooth release management and minimal disruption
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues within TIBCO environments, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime
Security and Compliance: Maintain security best practices, including regular patching and vulnerability assessments, to ensure data protection and compliance with relevant standards
Collaboration: As a TIBCO Administrator, you will work closely with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end business processes and provide technical assistance
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document system configurations, processes, and best practices; Conduct training and support sessions for other team members
Monitoring and Reporting: Use TIBCO Hawk or other monitoring tools to create reports and monitor system health, alerts, and KPIs for proactive issue detection and response
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) or other relevant certifications
3+ years of experience in TIBCO administration, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, ActiveMatrix, or similar products
Experience with high-availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery configurations
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in TIBCO suite products (TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BW, TIBCO Hawk, etc.)
Strong understanding of messaging concepts, including JMS, and integration patterns
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux and Windows OS environments
Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Shell, Python) and automation
Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and load balancers
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Additional Experience:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
