Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Specialist at the New View program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the New View program with the following:
Providing direct care services and supervision to client populations.
Providing counseling to individuals served as appropriate for their experience level.
Overseeing activities to ensure conformance with program policies.
Completing specialized training in de-escalation techniques and the use of physical restraint.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with 42 CFR.
Who are we?
The New View program at BHN serves female-identified patients who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS).

What are we looking for in a Recovery Specialist?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) credentials (preferred).
Valid Driver's License (required).
Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00 (required).
