We are seeking a Patient Account Representative to join our dynamic call center team in a positive, collaborative office environment. This role focuses on managing patient accounts, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service while educating patients about their account balances.
Position Details:
Location: Nashua, NH (100% onsite)
Temporary to Permanent
Weekly Pay ($18/hourly)

Responsibilities:
Handle 60-100 inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and accuracy
Educate patients about their account balances and billing processes
Process payments and set up payment arrangements
Respond to patient inquiries regarding insurance claims and billing statements
Document all account activities and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as needed
Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collection processes
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center or customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patience
