Title: Senior Credit & Collections Specialist
Location: 3033 W President George Bush Highway, Suite 100, Plano, Texas 75075. Candidates must live within 50 miles of location.
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.

The Senior Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for complex collection activities related to past due health insurance premiums and/or past due health insurance claims.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Follows established guidelines, contacts group for the purpose of collecting past due insurance premiums and/or past due health insurance claims.
- Researches validity of past due and/or disputed debt.
- Generates demand letters.
- Prepares reports reflecting status of credit and collection activities for management review.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of commercial debt collection experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
