About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Employee Engagement Lead reporting to the head of Business Communications for Global Operations. This newly created position is an opportunity to create integrated strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. This role will work closely on various communications and engagement projects in collaboration with peers across the Global Operations organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies focused on promoting a positive work culture.
  • Gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Organize site activities to strengthen engagement.
  • Analyze engagement data to refine strategies.
  • Provide research and creative input, measuring content effectiveness and continually refine creative content approaches to drive results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong understanding of employee motivation and organizational behavior.
