This role is ideal for a candidate looking to learn talent acquisition from the ground floor, who wants to develop and progress towards a Talent Acquisition Partner role. You will be the face to our candidates and will represent Montrose, our Mission, and our Core Values.
This role would ideally be hybrid based 2 days/week in our Atlanta-GA, Valley Forge-PA, Houston-TX, or Denver-CO offices. This role can be fully remote for the right candidate.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will join our Talent Acquisition Team reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner. The successful applicant will be involved in supporting full-cycle recruitment with responsibilities as follows:
Partnering with our hiring managers to develop compelling, accurate job descriptions and posting roles to our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and other sites as required
Reviewing and screening candidate resumes to identify top talent
Conducting pre-screen calls with candidates to assess their capabilities, interests, and sell Montrose
Scheduling and preparing hiring managers to interview candidates
Preparing offer letters and coordinating pre-employment background and drug screening
Maintaining and updating recruitment tracking spreadsheets
Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new employees
Acting as Primary Recruiter on entry-level roles
Assisting with HR and recruitment-related projects and tasks as assigned
YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, individuals should be capable of executing each duty and responsibility proficiently. The qualifications outlined below reflect the necessary knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
1 - 2 years of previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role
Experience working in full-cycle recruitment is preferable
Tech savvy with a high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of attention to detail is essential with a focus on process execution excellence
Effective planning and prioritization skills with the ability to set, balance, and work to deadlines
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive information and maintains confidentiality
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-focused
Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
