We are currently looking for a full-time – Senior Program Manager- ICJIA TTAD Center
Starting at $70k – contingent upon experience, education, etc.
Summary: This position primarily provides leadership and oversight of performance and financial management, serving as the Senior Program Manager and Lead for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) Training & Technical Assistance Development (TTAD) Center. Coordinates with internal and external partners, federal, state, and local agencies, consultants, grantees, ICJIA staff, other ICJIA ARI TTAD providers, trainers, SMEs, consultants, organizations, and the CHJ Executive Director regarding ICJIA ARI TTA Center activities. This position, when tasked, works alongside counterpart Directors, especially the Director of Research and Evaluation.
This position may be based in any Central or Southern Illinois TASC office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to improving the criminal justice system in Southern Illinois. Candidates with experience in courts and probation are highly encouraged to apply.
· Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert for grantees in the probation, corrections, and reentry sectors, providing invaluable guidance and support.
· Review and ensure the quality of project documentation, narratives, and budgets within state and TASC reporting systems.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to TTAD Contract and grantees, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, including ICJIA ARI leadership and programmatic staff.
· Provide consulting, training, and technical assistance, both on-site and remotely, tailored to the needs of our community.
· Develop and coordinate criminal justice curricula, training sessions, and presentations that incorporate evidence-based practices and strategies
· Engage with external stakeholders, including state and nonprofit organizations, to identify and collaborate with qualified consultants for training and presentation opportunities.
· Manage consulting and training contracts, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
· Promote TTAD Center's involvement in local consulting and training events, such as conferences and workshops, enhancing our presence in the community.
· Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting as part of the CHJ leadership team, aligning efforts with TASC's strategic objectives to drive positive regional change.

The agency currently offers hybrid work schedules that combine in-office and remote work. Employees may be eligible to report to the work site three days per week, with the option to work up to two days remotely after 60 days of employment.
