In this position, you will serve as a Program Manager for the Resilience, National Preparedness Directorate, National Disaster & Emergency Management (NDEMU). Typical assignments include:
Managing and discharging NDEMUs responsibilities to include strategic planning, performance results, policy development, budget execution, data analytics, and reports to Congress, as required.
Providing national leadership in the development and delivery of training necessary to ensure individuals and groups with key emergency management responsibilities, including FEMA disaster employees, have the requisite skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Directing and overseeing the management of data tracking systems for monitoring evaluations of courses by students, determining the applicability and effectiveness of courses, and student training histories.
Directing and managing a professional and clerical staff assigned to NDEMU as well as provide oversight and direction of technical assistance contractors. Carry out EEO policies and communicate support to subordinates.
