The Staff Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.Duties:

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in providing acute care physical therapy services
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical setting
