Job Description:

Position Title: Temporary HR & Payroll Coordinator


  • Manages payroll processing and HR admin tasks.

  • Responds to requests via ticket system; provides support to internal users.

  • Works with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for U.S. and Canada.

  • Prepares reports and ensures payroll accuracy through analysis.

  • Oversees salary adjustments, bonus payments, and employment documentation.

  • Supports employee lifecycle administration, including offer letters and termination paperwork.

  • Assists with benefits like insurance, pensions, and company car arrangements.

  • Acts as backup for benefits and leave management; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.


Requirements:



  • 1-2 years payroll experience; HR/benefits knowledge a plus.

  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, organized.

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred).


Details:




  • Pay: $25-35/hr (target $30/hr)


  • Schedule: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday (flexible)


  • Location: Hybrid (on-site first 30 days, then 1-2 remote days per week), Bloomington, MN


  • Duration: Temporary, starting ASAP through June 30
