Job Description:


This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issue and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.
  • Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Provide guidance, support and training to new team members
  • Ensure adherence to all safety processes and protocols
  • Facilitate communication between Management and Team Members.
  • Develop work instructions

Requirements

  • Ability to teach, train, and develop associates
  • Ability to work well with others• Ability to fully carry out instructions• Ability to Multi-task
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills required
  • Diploma or GED Equivalency
  • Prior RF Unit Experience preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a leadership role
  • Warehouse experience preferred
