Description: Our client is currently seeking a Regional Practice Manager This is going to be a direct hire
MUST be comfortable going to multiple locations - Parks, Owings Mills, Westminster area of Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and office staff, ensuring communication and compliance with company updates.
Collaborate with the management team (HR, Billing, IT, CSC, Lab, Medical Supply Ordering, Compliance) to ensure effective communication and task completion across the territory.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, skill improvement, and growth within the company.
Oversee daily workflow and team performance across all offices in the territory.
Identify and resolve problems with viable solutions.
Promote customer service skills, including proper telephone etiquette, scripting answers to FAQs, and maintaining a professional presentation.
Drive performance, manage staff, and provide necessary tools for efficiency.
Attend corporate meetings (Leadership and Managers Meetings) as needed, either in person or via conference call.
Office:
Ensure proper supply maintenance in each clinic within the territory.
Maintain a safe and clean workplace, both inside and outside the office.
Track and update office licenses (e.g., annual Fire Marshall inspections, licenses, and accreditations).
Provider:
Develop relationships with providers in each office to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring efficient processes for quality patient care.
Address provider concerns related to patients and staffing.
Oversee provider schedules to achieve scheduling goals.
Staffing:
Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and call-outs within the assigned region.
Participate in recruitment, selection, retention, training, and supervision of personnel to build and maintain high-functioning teams in each clinic.
Approve time cards and time-off requests for staff in the territory before bi-weekly payroll processing.
Issue corrective actions and terminate employees if necessary.
Coordinate training schedules with the MA Training and Compliance Manager and Front Desk Manager for new hires.
Conduct staff meetings as needed.
Customer Service/Operations:
Respond to patient complaints and concerns.
Contact the Operations Department for appropriate vendors to fix maintenance problems.
Keep records of services rendered by vendors and forward them to the appropriate corporate personnel.
Collaborate and assist with marketing efforts for the assigned territory, including building and improving relationships with referring providers and the local community, identifying local outreach opportunities, and maintaining a strong company reputation.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 3 years of experience within a large medical practice with multiple locations.
Minimum 5 years of prior managerial experience.
Ability to provide creative solutions and suggest improvements.
Proficiency in various scheduling tools, electronic medical records, and other office management computer skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills while maintaining professionalism.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Ability to handle a diverse group of staff and personalities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel regionally and manage the overall operations of multiple office locations.
Ability to complete all duties in accordance with HIPAA and other medical regulations.
