Our summer intern experience is designed to provide students with a challenging and meaningful internship to gain valuable hands-on experience. All students in the program will be given a project with clear learning objectives and desired outcomes. At the conclusion of the internship, each intern will have the opportunity to present their summer project to leadership. Interns will also have exposure to other areas of 3D Systems to learn about all of our solutions. You will be given the opportunity to network with other interns and colleagues at 3D Systems including our senior leaders.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
Assist with job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment files.
Prepare new hire documentation and help coordinate onboarding sessions.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Support employee inquiries, assist with organizing company events and recognition programs, and help maintain employee records.
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and internal communications.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Learning, Development, and Compliance:
Assist in organizing training sessions, track employee participation, and support HR compliance by updating policies and preparing audit documents.
What You'll Need:
Experience Required:
Undergraduate candidates working towards a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Management, or Business.
Experience in diversity and inclusion programs, student resource group/club leadership, community impact work, or program management preferred.
Knowledge and/or interest in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive spaces.
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Motivated and organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
Qualifications for the Intern Program:
Ability to work 40 hours per week in the specified location from June to August. A housing stipend can be provided only in unique circumstances
Currently enrolled as a student seeking an undergraduate or master's degree
Preference is for current students who are rising seniors in an undergraduate program or final year students in a graduate program from an accredited school and program.
Preference is given to students with internship/co-op/research experience
