Your role as Organizational Effectiveness Lead/Consultant:
As an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will have the opportunity to lead our cutting-edge workforce research and employee listening programs, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our talent and organization. Reporting to the Head of Organizational Effectiveness, you will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated problem solvers ready to meet complex challenges with progressive, data-driven solutions. You will join a team of curious and supportive individuals dedicated to delivering excellence. As a result of your work, you will make our organizations, teams, and people stronger, so we can make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of all Americans.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and enhance modern employee listening strategies, including employee experience surveys at critical points in the employee lifecycle.
Lead large-scale organizational design and workforce planning projects, ensuring business leaders have the right organization with the right talent at the right time.
Consult with business leaders to identify key organizational challenges and co-create tailored solutions.
Conduct insightful analyses that inform critical business decisions and measure the impact of organizational development and effectiveness initiatives.
Craft compelling, data-driven narratives that equip business leaders with the personalized insights they need to drive organizational success.
Infuse your work with the latest advancements in people science, human-centered design, change management, and organizational development.
Mentor and coach a talented team, sharing your expertise in research, survey design, qualitative analysis, and data storytelling.
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience leading employee listening and workforce research programs, including expertise in survey item design.
Demonstrated mastery of psychometrics and advanced proficiency in Qualtrics.
Proficiency in analytical tools like Orgvue and R.
Advanced degree in industrial-organizational psychology or a related field preferred.
Management consulting experience in human capital strategy preferred.
Salary Range: $150100 – $200000 /per year
