Job Description:

Reporting into the Director, Global Learning & Development, the Specialist will have a direct impact on the learner experience at Tiffany & Co. This role is responsible for, but not limited to, administration and logistics of our program and offerings - in person and virtual. Our talent's experience should be seamless from enrollment, communications, or day-of moments. To accomplish this, the Specialist will drive a culture of elevation through consistency in details, luxury-level quality and focus, and thoughtful ideation of significant moments.


As a member of the broader Global Talent Center of Excellence, this role will have opportunities to influence and contribute to other key enterprise initiatives.


Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York with a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities


Partnerships & Influence



  • Adopt catalog of offerings to ensure ability to upskill and advocate to our Talents

  • Identify subject matter experts across functions to build network of partners to the learning function

  • Expand network across the group, inclusive of learning peers to continuously improve processes

  • Find, own and solidify relationships with external vendors to ensure best in class delivery, with competitive pricing


Nominations



  • In consultation with Director, streamline process of talent nominations for Maison and/or group programs and offerings

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to advocate and place talents in the right program, ensuring optimal Learning experiences

  • Partner with group learning partners to place talents into the sessions, and ensure diligent follow-up and communication to HR Business Partners and Line Managers


Project & Event Management



  • Own and propose agenda and logistics that align with learning objectives - from menu selections, transportation, tours and all other coordination of optimal learner experience

  • Act as main point of contact for overall event experience, working with peers as needed

  • Build and drive timeline of tasks to effectively manage and implement elevated learning programs and offerings

  • Ensure proactivity in identifying potential obstacles, with solution-oriented approach

  • Diligent follow-up and follow-through, in timely fashion to ensure all peers and partners are held accountable and deliver results

  • Provide consistent communication and status updates to partners, throughout the lifecycle of event

  • Maintain all costs within or less than designated budget per event, continuously source options


Miscellaneous



  • Co-own, organize and track the department's operational budget on a frequent basis via various reporting tools (i.e. monthly via Excel)

  • Act as the main point of contact for Global Learning & Development, via the outlook inbox & calendar management

  • Support team's engagement with recognition moments (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries)

  • Support execution of the Global Learning & Development measurement strategy, with ability to compile and analyze metrics and suggest new concepts

  • From observed business interactions, identify and propose learning opportunities to Director to support employee growth and continue to increase engagement

  • Collaborate with peers to support quality assurance process, as well as suggest feedback and test prototypes


The hiring range for this position ranges from $33.66 - $45.54 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in event-planning or coordination of in-person experiences, within luxury or hospitality industry

  • Can effectively manage change and shift gears comfortably

  • Highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results

  • Demonstrated ability to use external and internal resources and a people network to implement quickly, effectively, and consistently in a fast-paced business environment

  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, standard methodologies, and points of view to ensure sound judgment

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while balancing quality with on-time delivery.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global environment

  • Negotiates well in difficult situations, with a deep sensitivity to cultural and regional differences

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of storytelling capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PowerPoint Design, Mail Merge in Microsoft Office, VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables in Excel

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Miro


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Concur, Expense Visor and Coupa
