We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience to support a busy, growing plaintiff firm. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role will be fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents: complaints, discovery, pleadings, and settlement demands
Manage case information, track deadlines, and handle document service
Communicate with clients and experts; obtain medical records and bills
Assist with trial prep, depositions, and discovery
Draft settlement accountings and coordinate settlement disbursements
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree AND ABA-approved paralegal certificate
5+ years of CA civil litigation experience
Strong understanding of civil procedure and court rules
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with eDiscovery programs a plus
