The purpose of this position is to actively drive the implementation of project deliverables defined in a project charter while ensuring the budget, scope, schedule, risk and quality meet specific success criteria. Identifying project resource requirements and working with Steering Committee/Project Sponsor/Project Management Office/Project Management Competency Center to ensure adequately skilled resources are available to deliver on project commitments - Working with technical resources to ensure we are delivering on the project plan. Escalating to leadership risks and issues with potential significant impact - Working effectively with business partners, vendors, technology, and project management staff to ensure agreement/adoption of project objectives/deliverables. Assisting with transitioning project into daily business operations at the end of the project. General Responsibilities
Contribute to the overall success of the AFG Phone Services offering by providing superior customer service experience and support during onboarding process
Collect and document business and technical requirements to set-up voice services for the AFG office
Serve as a first point of contact for customers that are onboarding to the AFG Voice Services and if necessary an escalation point for customer service issues and work with internal team members to root cause and provide solutions
Identify and drive opportunities to improve overall end-to-end service experience (onboarding, training, support)
