As the Director, AIDA R&D AI & Data Solutions Engineering , you will lead and manage our R&D data solutions engineering team, driving the maturity and delivery of data solutions and engineering practices. Your technical expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative R&D data solutions. This may include data modeling and design, data architecture, metadata management, and configuration management. You will utilize your knowledge of data mapping, data mining, and data transformation to optimize data storage and processing requirements. Additionally, you will prepare system requirements, source analysis, process analysis, and design throughout the implementation process.
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, leveraging your industry knowledge, understanding of customer requirements, and awareness of the general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for the division. Your ability to interpret and align with the division's strategy will help establish business priorities and set long-term direction. Your managerial skills will be essential in leading people and managing technological and financial resources within the division.
Your leadership and focus will be instrumental in helping Pfizer achieve new milestones and make a significant impact on patients worldwide.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
