Kitchen Sanitation Worker - 20 Hours, Rotating Shift at Salem Hospital in Salem, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Under supervision,responsible for department wide sanitation, including a variety of cleaningtasks, which include maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. May includedishwashing, pot washing, general sanitation, cleaning and use of kitchen equipment,and assisting in the service and storage of food.



Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and communicate routineinformation. Must be able to workreliably from oral instruction. Must learn routines, practices, and equipmentof assigned area. Must gain knowledge ofcleaning chemicals.


Basic computer skills which maybe obtained thru on the job training.


Equivalent to the completion ofgrades 7 to 10 is preferred
