Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking an In-Service Support Analyst in support of the In-Service ILS Manager for Program Executive Office (PEO) Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (MLB) which manages the Logistics (LOG) Information Technology (IT) portfolio. This portfolio is composed of 300+ afloat and ashore IT systems/applications with 150,000+ users across all Naval Systems Commands (SYSCOMs) and Naval Operational Forces (NOF) to include ships, carriers, submarines, USN/USMC aviation squadrons, and Naval Expeditionary Forces. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is a joint user of LOG IT capabilities and is part of the program requirements. LOG IT enables essential business operations for various capability groups.
The In-Service Support Analyst will provide Product Support Management support to the LOG IT portfolio, with focus on in-service systems.
Job duties would include (but not limited to) supporting the ILS Manager on the following activities:
In-Service preparing Product Support Team Program Increment Briefs.
Respond to data calls such as the 50/50 depot level requirement.
Update PSD/Variance sheets when directed as part of Baseline Allocation Memorandum process (managed by OPNAV).
Action Data Calls in support of the Fiscal Year OPN-8 funds obligations.
Support BAM exercises with OPNAV.
Review and Update of In-Service Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and coordinate staff for approval.
Other tasking as needed, as required related to ILS support.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree.
MUST have Interim Secret or current US DoD Secret level clearance.
Experience supporting the Navy Planning, Programming and Execution (PPBE) process, as well as the yearly Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) spares management and sustainment planning process.
Experience providing planning and budgeting support for equipment and spares.
Min 4 Yrs Exp in Navy Logistics and/or PPBE.
Qualifications
Experience in Installation oversight and Technical Documentation management; i.e Planning and Modernization for installation planning and oversight the NIWC LANT Engineering folks for tech manual management and development.
Experience coordinating and working with the CB ISEA team.
