POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Redmond-based client is seeking a Project Manager for a remote-based position.



Responsibilities

  • As a DE portfolio PM, you will be focusing on the consumption outcomes of Proactive Services and ensuring technical alignment with other teams.
  • Manage Azure DevOps and run weekly standups to track milestones and communicate project updates.
  • Deeply involved in program management and process improvement, documenting processes, and developing project governance and templates.
  • Engage in various project management activities such as project kickoffs, gap analysis, defining processes and requirements, and tracking risks and issues.
  • Regular communication of project status through reporting and monthly business review presentations will be a key part of your role.
  • Manage the DE/EDE Release Management process, including maintaining the Release Management Roadmap to achieve team commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them in collaboration with your manager.
  • Representing the DE/EDE Release Management process both within the team and across other teams will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities.
  • Overall, your role will be a blend of planning, process management, and team collaboration, ensuring that the Proactive Services are effectively released, consumed and technically aligned with other initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Program/Project Management.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Change Management.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and PMP certification is preferred.
  • AGILE and SCUM Master experience is preferred.

  • A competitive pay range of $45/hr -$48/hr (depending on experience).
  • Position Location: Remote
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
