The Role
Under the direction of RKH Supervision , the PMO Machine Operator's role is to produce parts by setting up, proving out and operating metal working equipment in accordance with job routings, specifications and mechanical drawings while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Result Items
Reads job paperwork/routings and reviews drawings.
Moves raw material parts from inventory to work area by operating forklifts and loads parts with overhead cranes.
Verifies settings by checking for stock amounts.
Maintains specifications by observing equipment operations, taking in-process measurements, detecting malfunctions, making controls adjustments, replacing worn tooling and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
Documents actions by completing job paperwork and quality requirements.

Physical Requirements
As required to individually perform Key Result items. Considerable walking, bending, stooping, squatting, turning and reaching for tools, parts and materials from floor level to a maximum of six feet high
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
