Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Network Administrator.

Duties Include:

• Network Administrator will be maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware


• Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues


• Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected


• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks


• As a Network Administrator, you will be communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users


• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols


• Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware


• Project management skills


• Ability to problem solve and think critically


• Attention to detail


• Communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
