HR Administration Lead and manage all administrative aspects of the People Care function, ensuring efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to policies and procedures. Team Experience (Tx) - Fosters organizational values, coaches and help resolve employee relation conflicts while honoring confidentiality as appropriate. Collaborate on engagement activities with the Tx team to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale. Benefits and Compensation Management Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive, compliant while meeting the needs of our diverse workforce. Negotiates and contracts with external service providers such as with HRIS, comp platforms or Insurance brokers to set reference points for compensation. Partners with the payroll team to ensure correct benefit deductions, pay documentation and other related payroll management. Also serves on the Retirement Committee to ensure retirement plans are in compliance. Compliance Oversight Ensure all HR practices adhere to applicable laws and regulations, staying current with changes in labor laws and best practices to include managing CO FAMLI, FMLA, ADA, USERRA laws. Manages relationships with external service providers and networks such as Employers Council to achieve related responsibilities for legal matters. Monitors OneChilds Ethicspoint hotline and is a part of the Ethics Committee. Employe Surveys and Reporting Monitor and respond to employee surveys, reporting on employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction. Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess employee engagement and drive continuous improvement while ensuring accurate reporting. Performance Management Administer the performance management process, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and providing guidance to leaders and employees throughout the process. Report to leaders on overall organizational performance. Leadership Team Collaboration Acts as member of the Leadership Team contributing to strategic planning and decision-making process, while strengthening the coherence, trust and performance of the Leadership Team itself. Prepare Board Reports and attend quarterly Board meetings. Talent management - Coordinates and collaborates with people leaders on recruitment, selection, on-boarding and development of staff. Policy and Guidelines - Oversees and coordinates revisions and updates to the Employee Handbook and other guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws, adoption of best practices and promotion of organizational culture. This role follows a 3/2 hybrid model with three days in-office weekly and up to two days with flexibility to work remotely if desired and approved by leadership.
