The Finance Director for International Tech & Product, plays a critical leadership role in managing the financial health of the segment's technology and product development functions. This role will work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), and other key stakeholders, to provide financial oversight, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. The position is integral to ensuring that technology investments and product development initiatives are aligned with our customers needs, the company's overall financial goals, growth strategies, and profitability objectives. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
Partner with the technology and product development teams to develop and execute strategic financial plans that support business objectives.
Provide financial modeling, business case analysis, and performance insights to inform key technology and product decisions.
Analyze cost structures, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and recommend financial strategies for maximizing returns on technology investments.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process for technology and product development departments, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
Track and manage departmental spend/forecast, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasting adjustments where necessary.
Cost Management & Investment Decisions
Collaborate with product managers and technology leaders to assess the financial viability of new technology and product investments.
Provide insight into ROI on technology investments and product design/engineering efforts, balancing innovation with financial discipline.
Performance & Reporting
Regularly report on financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and potential risks to senior management.
Support the International CFO and executive leadership team with quarterly and annual financial reporting to ensure transparency and strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product teams, IT departments, and business leaders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into the decision-making process.
Act as a trusted advisor to technology and product leaders, offering financial perspectives to balance innovation and cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with technology projects and product development cycles, to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements as they relate to product development and technology spend.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team responsible for technology and product financial management.
Build a strong finance capability within the technology and product development functions, fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
Continuously improve the financial processes and systems used by the technology and product development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or related fields and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, technology or related area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, technology or related area.
2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
Experience working in Fortune 100 companies
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
