The Service Writer plays a key role in supporting the CASE team, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and excellent service. This position is responsible for administrative support, managing invoices and stock numbers, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Branch Manager and interfaces with management across various business divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update work orders promptly and accurately.Input and manage stock numbers for all locations.Process warranty payments and administer Product Improvement Programs (PIPs).Maintain and modify the PIP list as needed.Handle OEM warranty administration tasks.Post checks and deposits to accounts.Track and bill for fuel usage, equipment rentals, and company vehicle service intervals.Process paperwork related to equipment sales efficiently.Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person, maintaining a professional demeanor.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in customer service.Highly organized with strong follow-through.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced computer skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
